Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    When you click the "PLACE ORDER" button, you will be e-mailed an invoice/quote.  Your order will not be complete until a deposit is paid.

    A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of your invoice total is required to hold your date.  We accept PayPal, all major charge cards via Paypal or pay by mail with a check or money order. 

    Your Remaining Balance will be due three weeks before your ceremony if paying by mail with a check or money order or one week before your ceremony if you are paying the remaining balance with Paypal.

     



  • Consumer Agreement

  • No refunds given. 

    If you decide to postpone your ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments may be used for another available date within one year from scheduled date; minus a $50 rescheduling fee for each wedding professional.

    Timeliness is important.  If you arrive late and your wedding begins more than 15 minutes late, each wedding professional involved with your ceremony will charge you an extra $75 for each half hour of overtime.  

    If you decide to cancel any of the wedding professional services (officiant, photographer, videographer, DJ, coordinator, decorator, musicians) in your contract, you will loose the percentage of your retainer that was given to that professional to retain your date. 

    If needed, with no penalty, you can adjust the number of items (chairs, leis, fans, flowers, cake size)  in your contract that are provided for guests.  This is normally done 3-4 weeks before your ceremony when you would have a more accurate guest count.

    Policy for Inclement Weather in Cocoa Beach on Your Wedding Day:
     
    1) If it were to raining, Lori Wilson Park has three covered gazebos with the ocean in the background.  An arch can bet set up in a gazebo nicely: with the ocean in the background.  About 20 people can fit in a gazebo.  The gazebos each have one picnic table.
     
    2)  Most of the hotels and resorts have conference/reception rooms we could use in case of heavy rain and/or lightning.  They charge around $100.  The best hotels for a wedding room on short notice are The International Palms Resort, The DoubleTree and The Hilton. We would set up all decorations and chairs that are inclueded in your contract.
      
    3) If there is only light sprinkling, we can proceed as usual if you are comfortable.
     
    4) If it works for your schedule and ours, we can modify the time or date.
     
    5) We have a small chapel at our office that may be suitable for small weddings.  We can set up some decorations and a few chairs in the chapel. 
    6) We can go to Manatee Park 701 Thurm Blvd., Cape Canaveral, FL 32920 which is covered and overlooks the river as long as there is not any lightening. 
     


  • Sales Tax

  • Romantic Florida Beach Weddings charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
